The approximately 40 m² house can accommodate 2 to 3 people, the architecture embodies the style of a typical Tuscan barn and has a well-equipped, built-in kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Internet WIFI and satellite TV with Sky program. In live-in kitchen is also a comfortable couch, for the 3. Person can serve as a sleeping place. Parking is on the fenced area. There are 2 other independent cottages (Villetta Anita for 2 person) or 6 people (Villa Laura), but each unit has complete privacy. The highlight for 2019 will be the newly built community pool, which will be available to all guests. There is also an outdoor shower, sun beds and in the water of the rounded pool you will be pampered by a whirlpool massage.
